U.S. Stocks Rally as Fed Signals Plan to Leave Rates Low

April 6 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Deborah Kostroun reports on the performance of the U.S. equity market today. Most U.S. stocks rose, led by banks, as investors bet that the Federal Reserve will keep its benchmark interest rate at a record low to safeguard the economic recovery and lenders rallied on analyst upgrades.
